Wood Wharf Blocks G1 & G5
Phase 2
Wood Wharf is a mixture of residential and commercial buildings.
Block G1 is a 13-storey building with lobby and retail areas at the ground floor and 12 floors providing 172 serviced apartments.
G5 consists of an additional 206 apartments over 11 floors with an amenity areas on the 12th floor
Our role in this project is to provide the best service for Insulation, Drylining and Plastering.

Kingston Small Sites
Kinston Small Sites project is aiming at the regeneration of the Cambridge Road Estate and the convenience of the local residents.
IPL is working on Drylining package for Cambridge Road, Cumberland House and York Way, which includes 78 new homes.
Gascoigne East - Phase 2
Gascoigne, Barking is a Multiple Unit Development. The old estate is about to modify into modern, eco-friendly and pieceful community area.
Our role in this project is to provide the best service for SFS, SFS Insulation, Drylining, Insulation, Ceilings, Fire protection, Plastering.
Church Road
The project seeks to improve the local area with providing residential and mixed-used buildings, combined with green space and architecture reflecting to the surrounding housing.
Interior Partnerships is working on Ceilings and Partitions package for Block B.

Heathbourne Village is a gated private estate that includes beautifully crafted, luxurious houses and apartments.
Our subcontractor package includes render, screed and drylining.
GOODLUCK HOPE
Being part of Leamouth Peninsula transformation, Good Luck Hope completes the landscape of the whole island area.
The riverside neighbourhood includes 804 homes located directly on the River Themes, Interior Partnerships contributed with high quality Screeding, Rending, Plastering & Drylining.
Issigonis House
Issigonis House is a cladding remediation package that includes high quality and fire safe installation of various cladding render and decking.
THE WEST WORKS, SOUTHALL
The West Works is a new development on the neshto in London, providing contemporary homes in a community environment with large open spaces.

Hartland Village is located in a peaceful countryside containing 3,4 & 5 bedroom beautifully designed houses and 1 & 2 bedroom contemporary apartments

The Hyde Hendon is a 3.6-acre site which will offer 386 new homes in a high quality finished buildings, including leisure and commercial spaces.
Interior Partnerships takes part in The Hyde's Plastering, Drylining walls and ceilings work.

With a prime riverside location, Royal Wharf is a multiple unit development with 3,385 apartments.
We have worked on Phase 2 carried out SFS and Drylining works.

Purley Way is a new build with two blocks including a seven storey building and three storey building. IPL has contributed with doing Screed, Plastering and Drylining on this project.

Sterling Square has a contemporary collection of apartments located close to Bracknell town centre.
Our team has completed hight quality render, screed and drylining works.
Seabrooke Rise, Grays
Seabrooke Rise is formed of three residential blocks compromising 53 homes and community centre.
IPL had contract for carrying out SFS and Drylining works.

The Croft Houses are an exclusive development of 24 two, three and four bedroom houses and 16 two bedroom apartments.
Our team provided first-rate screed, drylining walls and ceilings, plastering and render.
Hurstbourne
IPL had the chance to provide Hurstbourne with high quality plastering and ceilings including decorative details all around the interior.

SINGLEGATE PRIMARY SCHOOL
IPL has completed the internal works at the new two storey extension to the Grade II listed building which includes plastering and drylining to party walls, suspended ceilings and acoustic baffles at the community centre.

South Lodge is a luxury spa hotel in Sussex with stunning views of the South Downs.
IPL had the opportunity to work on the amazing state-of-art spa area with a contract package including Plastering & Drylining, Screeding and Ceilings.
