PROJECT: BISHOPS AVENUE

Bishops Avenue Gardens is a landmark MYCO project on The Bishops Avenue in Hampstead, transforming a 1920s Arts and Crafts house and its grounds into a £200m collection of 36 ultra‑luxury residences.
Our works include PPC aluminum cladding to the penthouses to complex detailing.
PROJECT: GRANTHAM PRACTICE

The Grantham Practice project involves transforming a redundant office building on Clapham Road in Lambeth into a modern, fully compliant GP surgery for the local NHS community, delivered by Thomas Sinden via the Procure Partnerships Framework
We carried out installation of Equitone fire cement, HPL rainscreen cladding, and SFS.

Royal Wharf is Ballymore and Oxley’s 40‑acre riverside neighbourhood in London’s Royal Docks.
Part of our work on this site involved specialist aluminium cladding and render installation to an atrium.
PROJECT: LOWER MARSH

LOMA at 1–5 Lower Marsh is a major retrofit and extension of a 1990s office building in Waterloo, delivered by 8build for Morgan Real Estate. The project will create around 45,000 sq ft of best‑in‑class workspace.
Working in JV with Langdale Associates, we carried out terracotta cladding & SFS.
PROJECT: ST OLAVE'S HOUSE NURSING HOME

St Olave’s is a fully affordable Peabody development in Rotherhithe, transforming a former nursing home site into 62 new homes led by Thomas Sinden.
Our works included Equitone Cladding & Soffits (fibre cement panels), Stand Alone SFS and full internal works.
PROJECT: THE WEST WORKS

The West Works is a high‑rise Barratt-Redrow development in Southall, transforming part of the former Malgavita industrial site into almost 500 contemporary 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with ground‑floor retail, a gym and workspace.
Works we carried out included Rockpanel, brick slips, aluminum, SFS and internals over 4 blocks.

1–6 Sloane Square is a landmark corner building on Sloane Square owned by Cadogan, where GLB are delivering a high‑end restaurant and office space.
Our works included brickslip cladding, SFS and internal works.

Exclusive House in Maidenhead is a contemporary new‑build apartment scheme, bringing a collection of private flats to a well‑connected Berkshire town centre location

Furze Croft is an award‑winning Neo‑Palladian mansion by Consero, set within about 1.7 acres of secluded, landscaped gardens in the exclusive St George’s Hill estate in Weybridge
Our works included traditional render finishes with quoins.
