PROJECT: GASCOIGNE ESTATE

Gascoigne Estate in Barking is one of London’s largest estate regeneration projects, transforming a 1960s neighbourhood into a greener, low‑carbon and family‑friendly place to live. Working with Willmott Dixon / Be First for Barking & Dagenham, Willmott Dixon is delivering new mixed‑tenure homes set within tree‑lined streets, parks and plazas, with a strong focus on energy efficiency, active travel and long‑term social value for residents

​Our role, over three apartment blocks (F1,F2 & I), consisting of 325 homes, was SFS, Drylining, Special Ceilings, Fire protection, Render.





PROJECT: VICTORIA QUARTERS
CLIENT: FAIRVIEW NEW HOMES LTD
LOCATION: BARNET
Victoria Quarter in New Barnet is a major brownfield regeneration of the former gasworks site, led by Fairview in partnership with One Housing to create a new residential neighbourhood. Once complete it will deliver around 420 new homes in contemporary brick‑clad blocks with new commercial space, landscaped routes and play areas.

Our scope of work spans across seven blocks consisting of 420 high end apartments carrying our drylining, fire stopping, SFS, render.



PROJECT: WOOD WHARF G1 & G5
CLIENT: CANARY WHARF CONTRACTORS
LOCATION: CANARY WHARF

G1 and G5 at Wood Wharf are high‑end multi‑storey residential buildings delivered for Canary Wharf Contractors as part of the new waterside neighbourhood at Canary Wharf. Together they provide close to 300 serviced apartments above active ground‑floor commercial space, with architecture that echoes the area’s historic brick wharf warehouses.

​Our package included full drylining, pod installations and associated works.


PROJECT: WATERMEADOW COURT
CLIENT: MOUNT ANVIL
LOCATION: FULHAM
Chelsea Botanica on Watermeadow Lane is a boutique riverside development by Mount Anvil and Peabody, bringing 266 studio, one, two and three‑bedroom apartments to this part of SW6. Inspired by nearby Kew Gardens, the scheme weaves botanical design and generous landscaped spaces into everyday living, creating a calm, green setting a short walk from the Thames, Imperial Wharf and Chelsea’s amenities.for Peabody Housing Association & the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
Our works included full drylining and bathroom pod installations, to 266 homes.



PROJECT: PEEL, NWCC & NWCC WEST
CLIENT: VISTRY GROUP
LOCATION: SOUTH KILBURN
Peel and NWCC/NWCC West form a major mixed‑use regeneration hub in South Kilburn, delivered by Vistry in partnership with Brent Council as part of the wider estate renewal programme. Across multiple phases the schemes will deliver over 500 new homes alongside a new health centre, affordable workspace, retail, gym and a new public plaza, creating a vibrant civic heart for the neighbourhood.
Our scope covers a total of 348 apartments, where we are responsible for SFS, drylining, firestopping, Render & Cladding.



PROJECT: COLINDALE GARGENS
CLIENT: BARRAT-REDROW
LOCATION: COLINDALE


Colindale Gardens is Barratt-Redrow’s flagship North West London neighbourhood, set around nine acres of landscaped green space just a short walk from Colindale Underground station. Block D is the development’s tallest residential building and a landmark of the masterplan, offering contemporary 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with access to a residents’ gym, concierge and new local shops and cafés.
Interior Partnerships Ltd works included SFS & drylining for Block D, a 22-story building with 337 apartments.
PROJECT: HARTLAND VILLAGE
CLIENT: BERKELEY GROUP
LOCATION: FLEET
Hartland Village new “village for life” by St Edward on the edge of Fleet, set in over 100 acres of woodland and lakes with an adjoining 70‑acre country park. The development brings a mix of 1–5 bedroom houses and apartments, a future village centre with primary school, shops and cafés,.
Over two phases and 245 homes, Interior Partnerships works included Screed, Plaster, Drylining & Render.




PROJECT: GOODLUCK HOPE
CLIENT: BALLYMORE LIMITED
LOCATION: LONDON
A new island neighbourhood by Ballymore on the historic Leamouth Peninsula, bringing over 800 homes directly onto the River Thames opposite the O2. Inspired by the area’s dockland heritage, the development combines warehouse‑style apartments, towers and townhouses with restored maritime structures, waterside promenades and extensive residents’ amenities including pool, gym, spa, cinema and workspaces
Our works included drylining and SFS over 2 phases.



PROJECT: THE HYDE
CLIENT: L&Q
LOCATION: HENDON
The Hyde Hendon is a 3.6-acre site which offers 386 new homes in high quality finished buildings, including leisure and commercial spaces.
We were responsible for SFS (stand alone load bearing and infill), Drylining, Ceilings, Render, Fire Stopping & Screed.

Block F2 at Wood Wharf is an affordable residential building on Brannan Street, forming part of Canary Wharf’s new waterside neighbourhood and its mix of tenures. The design draws on the docklands’ warehouse heritage while delivering modern homes next to new parks, community facilities and the wider Canary Wharf estate
Our works included full drylining to the scheme.



PROJECT: RED LION
CLIENT: FAIRVIEW LTD
LOCATION: SOUTHALL
The Red Lion Southall scheme is a residential‑led mixed‑use development on the former car park and back‑land buildings behind the Grade II listed Red Lion pub on Southall High Street.The project will deliver around 149 new apartments across three buildings with flexible ground‑floor space, creating new homes and public realm right next to Southall Park and a short walk from the Elizabeth line station.

PROJECT: BRITANIA WHARF

Britannia Wharf in Woking, a canalside development by Consero, comprising 52 one and two bedroom apartments in a single elegant building overlooking the Basingstoke Canal. Surrounded by heathland and the woods of Horsell Common yet close to Woking town centre
Our scope included Plastering & Drylining, Screed, Render.
